Helping agriculture producers cope with quality losses via the QLA program

Project: Quality Loss Adjustment Program (QLA)

Client: USDA’s Farm Service Agency and RMA

Team Creative Federal in collaboration with the client and client partners have developed yet another high visibility, time sensitive application for Quality Loss Adjustment Program (formerly referred to as Quality Indemnity Program (QUIP) and WHIP+ Quality). This program will provide benefits to producers who meet the requirements of the QLA Program and are eligible for payment based on an eligible crop’s suffering at least a 5 percent loss due to quality. The assistance is afforded to producers of agricultural commodities who suffered quality losses during 2018-2020.

Team Creative Federal worked hard and long hours, collaboratively with Business Users and the Integrated Project Teams (IPT) on development, integration testing, and project management to ensure a quality, bug free deployment.
